Unconscious Bias: With this knowledge you can make better decisions
Unconscious bias is one of the major issues discussed in connection with human resource management decisions, leadership and (gender) diversity. The fact is: we all hold explicit and, to a much greater extent, implicit prejudices. However, it is important to reflect on our own prejudices in order to improve our decision-making processes and workflows.

Collaboration & Negotiation: Collaborative negotiation style as a reliable navigator through the challenges of "New Work"
The rapid change in our working world requires new concepts for our daily work. Collaboration seems to be one of the key factors for innovation and entrepreneurial success in this “New Work”. But what actually happens in (diverse) teams when people from different hierarchical levels are supposed to work productively with each other across departments, maybe even across companies? When all ideas are to be heard and the workload is to be distributed efficiently? This training explains the concept of collaboration and its influence on our way of working together. It teaches participants the skills that make them productive and successful in collaborative work. Collaborative negotiation strategies are an elementary component of this training. They aim to achieve the best possible negotiation result for all participants without losing sight of their own interests, including all points of view and acting in an appreciative and goal-oriented manner.
