The German-Chinese Expert Exchange 2019 in Munich
The FKi is expanding its Chinese cooperations and has invited to the German-Chinese expert exchange in Munich in 2019.
As part of its cooperation with the CLEC (Centre for Leadership and Executive Coaching), the FKi was able to welcome a Chinese delegation to Munich last year and offer a comprehensive programme.
The FKi is currently used as a management tool for the development of successful women’s careers in companies in over eleven countries. In addition, it is constantly expanding its cooperation with international organisations. In the course of its cooperation with the CLEC (Centre for Leadership and Executive Coaching), the FKi has now invited a Chinese delegation to Munich and prepared a programme for 21.07.-26.07.2019, which is intended to give the Chinese guests an insight into German entrepreneurship and thus provide the framework for a German-Chinese exchange of experts.
The programme will conclude with the Executives Exchange Conference in the Allianz Arena in cooperation with the HypoVereinsbank. The official partner of the FKi for the exchange between German and Chinese entrepreneurs is the VÜCD (Verein der Überseechinesen in Deutschland), which was founded in Frankfurt a.M. in 2001 and is committed to promoting strong economic and cultural ties between the two sides.
Since its foundation seven years ago, the Centre for Leadership and Executive Coaching (CLEC) has become the largest platform for professional exchange among Chinese companies. With personal training courses and individual coaching for executive boards, the focus is on lifelong learning and joint growth to help Chinese privately managed companies achieve long-term success. Within the scope of the cooperation with the FKi, the co-initiator of the CLEC, Mr. Zhu Xiaobin, former professor in management at the Shanghai University of Finance and Economics, in Munich, as well as Aping-Li Herold, representative of the overseas Chinese, are expected to attend.
In addition, renowned Chinese entrepreneurs from various industries such as semiconductor, facility management, real estate management, communication and digital development will participate in the one-week program. Visits to BMW Welt, the Chamber of Industry and Commerce, and MTU Aero Engines are planned for this purpose; lectures such as those by Eric Schaeffer, Managing Director of Accenture (Global Lead Industrial and Global Product Lifecycle), as well as discussions with founders from TUM (Technical University Munich) will focus on specific topics and provide important impulses for the German-Chinese exchange of experts.
In cooperation with FC Bayern Munich and HypoVereinsbank, the Executives Exchange Conference will take place on Friday, 26.07.2019 in the Allianz Arena. Lectures and keynotes will again provide a basis for discussion on the topics of leadership, the success of hidden champions and future developments of German and Chinese companies. Markus Beumer (Member of the Executive Board of HypoVereinsbank and expert on German medium-sized companies) and Maria Dietz (Member of the Board of Directors of GFT Technologies SE) will be among those taking part in this event, which will round off the one-week visit of the Chinese delegation in a special way in the impressive setting of the Allianz Arena.
