Co-operations
FKi is currently used in over eleven countries and supports global organisations in efficiently achieving international goals. In addition, it is constantly expanding its cooperation with international organisations. As a result of the transnational exchange, global developments, different cultural environments and innovative business models provide new impulses that help us to react more quickly to current and future challenges.
The APFFF has been a partner of FKi since 2017 and regularly participates in the awarding of the companies in Germany. The cooperation was established when I was asked to give a key note in Bangkok in 2017 on the occasion of the APFFF annual conference. I immediately agreed to do so because I deeply believe that international experience and many conversations enrich and also provide new inspiration. I was also fascinated by the idea of exchanging ideas with women from China, Thailand and many other Asian countries on the topic “More Women in Leadership”.
During the three-day conference, leadership, innovation and strategy were discussed in detail. I met great, self-confident and successful women for whom career is absolutely natural and who are very happy to share their success with other women.
On the topics of leadership and innovation, I can report that the challenges are discussed in a very similar way.
The presentation on the Women Career Index and our findings met with great interest and approval and I was immediately invited to Taiwan for the next conference. I would like to thank the fantastic Chairlady of Asia Pacific Famous Female Federation, Mali Wang for her openness and personal commitment.
I can also report that we visited six cities in China as part of the further series of lectures:
Shenzhen, Guangzhou, Changchun, Liaoyuan, Hangzho and of course Shanghai.
We discussed and talked to a wide variety of companies about the topic of leadership and corporate development. A particular highlight was the visit to the University of Guangzhou.
