The FKi Global Forum is a conference that discusses the implications of new forms of work. In addition to a high-level panel discussion, we offer think tanks, workshops and best practices at the conference.. We encourage a broad, cross-generational exchange about the future of work.
We deliberately discuss not only office jobs, but also the challenges of the “Evolution of Work” in production.

Das Index-Modell ist unabhängig von Unternehmensgröße oder Branche einsetzbar. Als Grundlage der FKi-Analyse dienen die Daten, die uns das Unternehmen durch das Ausfüllen des dreiteiligen Fragebogens zur Verfügung stellen. Bei wiederholter Teilnahme müssen die Daten nur aktualisiert werden.
Can I compare my company with industry benchmarks?
Ja. Sie bekommen mit dem Dashboard auch eine Vergleichbarkeit mit anderen Unternehmen.
Will my results be published?
Sie haben die Wahl zwischen folgenden Optionen:
Öffentliche Teilnahme: Sie wählen, ob Ihr Unternehmen im Index und bei den Veranstaltungen öffentlich benannt wird.
Anonymisierte Teilnahme: Sie wählen, ob Ihr Unternehmen alle Aspekte des Index nutzt, aber nicht öffentlich benannt wird.
